Tina

Hatha Yoga, Yoga of the Heart, Yin Yoga, and PoundFit

Tina is a certified yoga teacher known for her love of yoga and inspirational style of teaching. Her insatiable curiosity brings a wealth of knowledge to the studio. Over the past 20 years Tina has been teaching and travelling the west coast of Newfoundland and has been a student of yoga since the 70’s. As a wife, mother and grandmother, Tina incorporates many types of yoga traditions into her daily yoga classes, with all different age groups and capabilities. She studied yoga with masters in the US and Canada and is certified in Hatha Yoga, Yoga of the Heart, Yin Yoga, and PoundFit. Tina models what it is to gracefully move forward, in life and practice.

Kastine

Kids Yoga, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga

Kastine is genuinely happy to see you and meet you in the nurturing space of yoga. Her classes are powerful and playful, as well as invigorating and grounding. With a background in Kinesiology, expect to engage from the core of your being to the surface of your skin. Kastine empowers you to move intentionally so that you can discover the layers of yourself and create through practice whatever it is that you need. Kastine was raised by a yoga teacher (Tina) and is certified in Kids Yoga, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, Aerial Yoga,Yin and Restorative Yoga. She has studied yoga in Sweden, the US and Canada. Kastine is a certified PoundFit instructor and you will find her on the salmon river in the off season. Breathe deep, let the light in, and smile as you try out a class with Kastine.

Heidi

Kids Yoga and Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga

Heidi has been dedicated to Tina Coleman Yoga for years and is certified in Kids Yoga and Core Strength Vinyasa.  She delights in yoga and has transformed her body and life through daily practice.  Heidi’s bright eyes and warm heart make it tough to stay away. She is sweet inside and out.

Meghan C.

Vinyasa Yoga

Full of smiles, Meghan C is always ready to teach a creative and energetic vinyasa flow class that combines movement with breath, expression, and a bit of humour. Meghan was raised by a yoga teacher (Tina) and was fortunate to study at an ashram while living in India. Meghan’s classes draw on creative inspiration from life and encompass spirited themes to connect with reality. Her classes can be both vigorous and restorative and will leave you feeling totally uplifted and in love with your practice.

Dayna

Vinyasa yoga

Dayna Fewer  M.Ed, B. Phys Ed.-T, and B.Ed
Dayna is certified in Vinyasa Yoga and has been practicing and teaching yoga for 8 years. Dayna was the first teacher to develop and initiate yoga in the junior high school physical education curriculum on the west coast and has now moved onto teaching yoga to primary and elementary grades. Committed to the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga, Dayna has cultivated a practice of grateful abundance. Her love of life and laughter engages all aspects of her wellbeing.

Liz

Blissology Yoga

Liz C is deeply passionate about living holistically in all aspects of life. Yoga came to her during a time of healing in 2010. In 2013 she followed the Universe’s call and took her 200-hour Hatha yoga training in Alberta through the South Okanagan Yoga Academy. She has trained in Hatha, YogaShred, Chakra Balancing and Meditation. She is also a Reiki & Crystal Reiki Master and is currently studying Holistic Nutrition. Liz is deeply dedicated to living close to the Earth and can be found with her toes deep in the dirt on her acreage or exploring the wilderness of The Long Range Mountains with her husband and furbaby.
