Kastine’s Fall Granola Recipe

This is my go-to granola recipe… I eat it every day! It’s full of protein and not too sweet.

Try it dry when you’re on the run, with milk/almond milk, or yogurt.

Measure & Mix

4 cups large flake oats

1/2 cup coconut

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup ground flax 

1 cup chopped almonds

1 cup chopped pecans

 

 

Measure & Mix

1/3 cup Coconut oil

1/3 cup Honey

1/3 cup Maple Syrup

Microwave 30-60 seconds
The coconut oil will melt as you stir.

Add 1-2 tsp Vanilla

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stir & Prepare
Mix wet & dry ingredients.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Spread evenly on prepared pan.

Bake 20 mins (stir 1/2 way) @ preheated oven 375 deg.

Let cool before moving off pan! Then you can break it into chunks. If you stir when you take it out of the oven it will all be in small pieces. Store in an airtight container. This will last a week on the counter or longer in the fridge.
